HR Toronto hosts and completes the job posting, reviews all resumes, short-lists the candidates, conducts initial phone screen interviews, provides recommendations, and schedules the finalists to interview with your team. We continue this process until we have gone through all applicants or you have made your hire.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Once you have narrowed down your selection to one or more candidates, HR Toronto conducts in-depth interviews. Interviews cover a wide range of questions, tailored to the industry and position. Focus is also placed on work history, job experience, aptitude and culture fit. Various technical and skills assessments are available, including psycho-metric evaluation. You are provided with a report, summarizing the candidate's responses to questions and assessment data results. HR Toronto also provides assistance with helping you draft or review the employment contract.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

HR Toronto is responsible for all facets of the recruitment, from search and advertising costs, screening and final interviewing. Once final candidates are short-listed, they are presented to your team for a final interview to ensure they meet your expectations. HR Toronto works with your team to fine tune expectations to ensure you receive a candidate you are comfortable offering a position to. Fees are only charged once a placement has been made, including a 3 month guarantee to ensure the fit is right.
